This page was created to document my journey of fighting Hodgkins's Lymphoma. Diagosed in March of 2005 at the age of 34. This was a life changing experience which is far from over. I want to offer information to others who are going through this and to the thousands who will be diagnosed in the future.

My name is Jason, I am 34 years old, and live in Wichita, Kansas. I have two daughters Mallory 6 and Avery 3. I am a Natural Resource K9 Officer with Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks. Probably better known as a Game Warden. I have a two year old lab named Moose that works with me everyday. He is trained in human tracking, wildlife detection and evidence recovery. On March 17th,2005 I was diagnosed with Lymphocyte-Rich Classic Hodgkin's Disease. I was staged at a stage IIA borderline III. This is my story.

It takes such strength, courage, and determination to come through what you have. And you seem to have done so amazingly. You have so much to offer the world with what you have learned. I wish you the very best in everything you do and I wish for you a ... normal life.
Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it doesn't happen, you have to worry twice. Every night before you go to sleep think of one thing that you are grateful for that you've never been grateful for before. God has a way of turning things around for you and He is proud of you. You don't have to prove anything to him, he already knows what a good person & father you are. Live strong.
